The Association Française d’Agroforesterie has been working for more than 10 years to (re)develop agroforestry in France. Territorial animation, applied research, structuring of sectors and popularization are the main missions carried out on a daily basis, in collaboration with more than 130 partners spread all over France, both metropolitan and overseas.
Encouraging and supporting the establishment of sustainable agroforestry plantations is an integral part of this approach to rebuilding an agriculture of fertility, from soil to landscape. The French Association of Agroforestry accompanies each year several hundreds of project leaders in the financing of their agroforestry plantations (hedges, alignments, market garden orchards, poultry runs, forest gardens, etc.).
