The Salvation Army Foundation presents through 170 establishments across France, supports people in precarious situations, elderly dependents, disabled individuals, women in situations of vulnerability, as well as children and youth in difficulty. It offers them emergency aid and seeks lasting solutions to overcome their obstacles, with a commitment focused on three essential missions: to provide immediate help in situations of distress, to support them in regaining their independence and dignity, and to help people in the process of reintegration to rebuild their lives.

Supported Project

In 2023-2024, the French subsidiary of L'OCCITANE en Provence supports a project by the Salvation Army Foundation aimed at helping refugee women integrate professionally. This project offers training in eco-construction trades using environmentally friendly materials such as raw earth and ecological paints, with the goal of facilitating their reintegration and combating gender stereotypes in the construction sector. This year, the Salvation Army Foundation is also expanding its activities by training a group of women in hospitality and minor maintenance trades, while raising awareness about eco-construction.
