For over 30 years, L'OCCITANE has been working in Burkina Faso side by side with women producing Shea butter. In 2017, more than 10,000 women – brought together in cooperatives – supply the Shea Butter to the brand. Simultaneously, the L’OCCITANE Foundation, since its creation in 2006, has been involved in projects promoting women’s leadership in Burkina Faso and around the world.
