L'OCCITANE pour Elles
Last June, four women were elected by the jury of this challenge.
Selection standards were the following : their companies had to be based on a solid business model, an open, balanced and responsible organisation and the women entrepreneurs had to be ambitious.
We are pleased to introduce you the winners of the challenge:
- Barkissa Bassia. She is the director of a soap production factory which uses shea butter in its products. She would like to increase the production and to diversify in cosmetics.
- Elisabeth Delma trains women to weaving thanks to her “Dan Fani” local fabric. She would like to open a dry cleaner’s to increase the production.
- Rebecca Soulama leads the FAM (Foyer Assistance Maternelle). This is an agency which trains and recruits nurses. She would like to diversify her activities.
- Esther Diendéré is the founder of Agro Deogracias, a production factory of dairy products and fruit juices. She would like to develop her production line.
A seminar was organized to launch this new support phase and to gather the laureates of the previous promotions. The feedbacks were very positive. “If this seminar had not taken place, one would have had to write it.” Tells us one of the candidates – Rosine Bonkougou.
L’OCCITANE pour Elles enables to gather women entrepreneurs heading very different projects but having all the same goal: being a leader in the business world and thus highlight the place of the woman in society.
Currently, our partners are studying the needs of each of the winners to launch personalized support from September.
